The 3rd Logistics Regiment

The FDFLOGCOM 3rd Logistics Regiment is responsible for the Finnish Defence Forces’ logistics service network in Central and Northern Finland.

The regiment stores and maintains military equipment for all FDF units in its area of responsibility and provides them with logistics support. The special mission the 3rd Logistics Regiment is to provide resupply and maintenance services of the FDF military aviation materiel.

The 3rd Logistics Regiment comprises the Regiment Headquarters, the North Finland Storage Section, the Aeronautical Systems Depot and the North Finland Security Unit.

3rd Logistics Regiment Headquarters is located in Jyväskylä. The regiment operates in six localities and employs ca. 260 personnel.
