The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is responsible for materiel acquisitions for the Finnish Defence Forces, the operational capability of troops, personnel and systems, and the availability of materiel.
Hull assembly of the second Pohjanmaa class multi-role corvette was completed at the turn of the year. Outfitting of the vessel will continue during late winter and the launch will take place during the spring.
Steel cutting for the fourth Pohjanmaa-class multi-role corvette has commenced, and the keel of the third vessel has been laid at the RMC shipyard.
